We want you to be happy with your CAKE apparel. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns for a refund or exchange on full-price items, subject to the conditions below.
Eligibility
Time Frame: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
Condition: Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with all original tags attached. Any items that appear used or worn will not be refunded.
Non-Returnable Items: Sale items, discounted items, gift cards, and items marked as final sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
How to Initiate a Return

with your order number and the reason for the return.
Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions and the return shipping address.
The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges:
If you need a different size or color, please follow the return process above and place a new order for the desired item.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged product or the wrong item, please get in touch with us immediately at
so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will cover the shipping costs for any errors on our part.
